-        From these details we will get an idea of whether it’s possible for us to assist and we will reply to you with an estimate of the cost of the repair. This is still dependent on whether we can access matching glass for the piece.

·        If you decide to go ahead with the repair, we will need to see the piece in person to assess the glass and ensure that we can go ahead.

·        We will let you know if we can complete the repair, will give you a quote and timeframe that we can complete the job within.

-        The quote will take into consideration the price of the glass and where we have to source it from, the other materials needed, the time to repair the piece, the time and cost in travel.
